A Bad Company performance some months around the release of their first, and probably best, album on June 1974.
Some sources report this recording as being from March and others from August, anyway its possibly the first good quality sound capture that exists of Bad Co. in their early career.

Taste - Stockholm '70

Rory Gallagher and his Taste with the widely circulated September 18, 1970 concert in Stockholm, Sweden.
This date was part of their last Europe tour, Taste would disband some months later and as we all know Rory would start a very successful and appreciated solo career.

Janis Joplin - Festival Express Toronto 1970

This is the Janis Joplin show on June 28, 1970 at the CNE Stadium, Toronto the first city to receive the Festival Express.
It was a tour made by train across three locations in Canada taken by such artists as The Grateful Dead, The Band, Mountain, Delaney & Bonnie, etc. In 2003 a documentary film about this was released with footage both from the concerts and aboard the train.

In 1970 Traffic reformed and made a great comeback with the celebrated John Barleycorn Must Die.
This great show from the BBC Radio One "In Concert" series was played some months before that release but contains all of its tracks and also some selected from their previous records.

It took place after the release of "Twice Removed From Yesterday" and before "Bridge Of Sighs", so songs from both albums make all the set.

This show was recorded for BBC some months after the release of Hair Of The Dog, one of the best selling Nazareth albums.
Curiously Nazareth's famous version of Love Hurts wasn't played here, maybe because it only appeared on the U.S.A. version of the disc.
