Blue Oyster Cult - Long Beach Arena, CA 1974

Classic B.O.C. aboard with a show from October 12, 1974 from the Secret Treaties Tour at a sold out Long Beach Arena in Los Angeles.
This recording comes from a broadcast by radio station KNAC eight days after the show. I removed some hiss but the sound isn't great, it gets a little better on the last four tracks.

Blue Oyster Cult - Tramps, NY 1997

A relatively small set for Blue Oyster Cult, I believe they were the opening act in this benefit event for the Make-A-Wish Foundation at Tramps, a New York City nightclub.
Other band on the bill was Krieger & Densmore with a longer set, a show that was shared here many years ago.
A show I don't see circulating these days, at least I didn't found any other share, it came maybe from dime many moons ago. The recording was made by Jerry Moore, a famous Grateful Dead taper deceased in 2009, and transferred by his friend Rob Berger.
Correction: B.O.C. was second on the bill after Waylon Krieger and Berry Oakley Jr.'s band (thanks smmaddog)

Blue Öyster Cult - New Georges, San Rafael, CA 1988 Complete

I got a copy of this Blue Öyster Cult concert some years ago, sourced from a KRW CO transfer from a broadcast. However this recording has some problems, noticeable channel balance issues, tape speed running too slow, some small cuts, one big cut on DFTR and no encores.
So after seeing the complete show uploaded at Blue Öyster Cult's official youtube page I decided to take that audio, which is probably from a camera's microphone and build the entire performance correcting as best as possible the mentioned defects.
Of course I'd prefer a better and complete fm or soundboard but this way we have the whole concert.
B.Ö.C. live is a serious rock'n'roll machine though I don't think they have bad studio albums (I hear someone mentioning Club... ?) .
Well, after many years with absence of studio records the band is working on a new album probably coming out this year. That's very good news!

Blue Öyster Cult - Lewiston NY 2011

Here's the amazing Blue Öyster Cult, courtesy of Titus Luxor.

Blue Öyster Cult
Lewiston NY 2011

I was stumbling around in the vaults here at Luxor Towers
when I came across this neglected show.
Audience recording, open air concert, low quality mp3
...didn't sound promising....Wrong! this is great IMO.
All vocals and instruments have good separation
and, most importantly, Buck's guitar is loud and clear.
I even love the way Red & the Black starts too slow
but picks up after, I'm guessing,
a withering look at Jules from Buck.
I will be taking Mrs Luxor to the Gateshead and Leicester
BÖC shows later in the year. Anyone going?
Also want to go to Paris in June
but can't get tickets...damn!
We saw them at Amager Bio in Copenhagen
a couple of years or so back.
That was one hell of a gig.
I believe it was their first time there since 1975.
Those Danes went mental! They told me they were "punks".
Don't think punk is the same thing there.
Fights broke out, girlfiends were pushed onto the stage
...crazy stuff.
I've seen them lots of times going back to the 70s
Unlike AtticRock who lives in Middle Earth
where bands rarely play.
Oh...and a big HELLO to Derek
A long time member of this community.
P,S. Any Renaissance fans out there?
regards
Titus

Now with a request to put it up again I decided to share other copy I have of it, apparently with one extra track (Hot Rails To Hell) and also in lossless (shn).

Blue Oyster Cult - The Rooster Tail, Detroit (1973)

There was a request for this show so here we have B.O.C. again. One of the reasons this hasn't appeared on Soundaboard before is its low quality, sounding like an audience tape.
But its an interesting recording of an important period in the Cult's career, just before the release of the great Tyranny and Mutation album.

Blue Oyster Cult - Met Center, Minneapolis 1979 (Black & Blue Month)

A recording from the last day of the first part of B.O.C.'s USA tour supporting Mirrors, an album I would classify as neither very good nor very bad.
It's a clean soundboard with generally good sound except for some unbalanced tracks and Astronomy that has some noise.
To my knowledge the only missing song from the set played appears to be (Don't Fear) The Reaper.

Very dry soundboard. The rhythm guitars are
almost inaudible. There is a drop in sound quality
during the first half of E.T I. and also on sections of disc 2.
If I haven't put you off yet then I would also like to say;
This is a great addition to any Cult fan's collection.
Parts of this are brilliant especially
the excellent version of Divine Wind
