Blue Oyster Cult - Tramps, NY 1997

A relatively small set for Blue Oyster Cult, I believe they were the opening act in this benefit event for the Make-A-Wish Foundation at Tramps, a New York City nightclub.
Other band on the bill was Krieger & Densmore with a longer set, a show that was shared here many years ago.
A show I don't see circulating these days, at least I didn't found any other share, it came maybe from dime many moons ago. The recording was made by Jerry Moore, a famous Grateful Dead taper deceased in 2009, and transferred by his friend Rob Berger.
Correction: B.O.C. was second on the bill after Waylon Krieger and Berry Oakley Jr.'s band (thanks smmaddog)

Peter Frampton - Hollywood Bowl, LA 2014

Frampton's Guitar Circus tour occurred during summers of 2013 and 2014. It featured legendary players that joined Peter Frampton and his band onstage each night.
This one was at the Hollywood Bowl on August 27, 2014 and guests were David Hidalgo (Los Lobos), Robert Randolph, Randy Bachman and Buddy Guy.
I was fortunate to see Peter the only time he played in Lisbon, it was in 2011, quite a memorable and long show.

Walter 'Shakey' Horton LIVE in Chicago 1970

 LIVE
 Chicago
1970

Walter Horton, better known as
Big Walter (Horton) or Walter "Shakey" Horton
 (April 6, 1921 December 8, 1981)
was an American blues harmonica player. A quiet, unassuming, shy man, he is remembered as one of the premier harmonica players in the history of blues.
Willie Dixon once called Horton "the best harmonica player I ever heard."
Robert Palmer named him as "one of the three great harmonica soloists of modern blues",
with the two others being cited as Little Walter and Sonny Boy Williamson II.

Joe Louis Walker LIVE Waterfront Blues Festival Portland OR 2013-07-04

LIVE
Waterfront Blues Festival
Portland OR
2013-07-04
In many ways, Walker’s story is unusual. Born in San Francisco, he was part of the Bay area blues scene in his early teens and by the time he was 16 had soaked up the sounds of artists like T-Bone Walker, Amos Milburn and boogie-woogie pioneers Meade Lux Lewis and Pete Johnson. As he grew up, he found himself on stage with “tutors” like John Lee Hooker, Thelonius Monk, the Soul Stirrers, Steve Miller and Jimi Hendrix. And by the time he was 19 he had built a close friendship  they were roommates for many years with Mike Bloomfield, legendary late guitarist for the Paul Butterfield Band.

Bloomfield’s tragic early death persuaded the young Walker to change his life. He enrolled at San Francisco State University, earning music and English degrees and performing regularly with a gospel group, The Spiritual Corinthians. In 1985, he came back to the blues, fronting a new band he called The Bosstalkers, and made the first of five albums for the HighTone label, before signing to PolyGram’s Verve/Gitanes label, for whom he recorded another six albums.

The concerts from this festival are always great stuff!

Roger Waters - Newport Folk Festival 2015

Roger Waters at the Newport Folk Festival on its 2015 edition. Not exactly a festival we would expect to find one of Pink Floyd's most creative, and very appreciated here, members.
We have Waters in a set where an acoustic mood is preferred even doing a homage to John Prine and playing his song, Hello In There, after a respectous reference to some other great American folk musicians.
This one hour show closes with is a tremendous version of Bob Dylan's Forever Young.
