Joni Mitchell - England 1970

A BBC In Concert show: Joni Mitchell Sings Joni Mitchell.
More music in acoustic form brought this way thanks to Karooo!

BBC In Concert: Joni Mitchell Sings Joni Mitchell
Orig. broadcast October 9, 1970
Recorded: September 3, 1970
BBC Television Center
Shepherd's Bush
West London, England
The concert can be seen (Youtube videos) at "The Sixties Archive" website: http://thesixtiesarchive.blogspot.com/2010/12/joni-mitchell-live-in-concert-shepherds.html

It's a great, intimate concert, in a studio, small audience. Joni's voice is amazing (decades before the age, and cigarette effect). Most of the songs are from the 3 first Mitchell albums, but she also sings material that would be recorded a year later, in her 1971 Blue Album.

I've ripped the audio from the video files, in Flac, MP3, and M4A.

Please note audio is a 2 channel mono.

Track List:

01 Chelsea Morning
02 Hunter
03 intro to 'The Gallery'
04 The Gallery
05 Cactus Tree
06 My Old Man
07 For Free

Kings of Convenience - Live - Grieghallen, Bergen, 2004

Another one by our friend Karooo, this time from Norway: Kings of Convenience.

They are live in their home town "Bergen", in Norway. All the songs are in English, but all the band's chatter is in Norwegian.

The sound quality is perfect (probably grabed from a Live Radio Show). They are a blend of Simon & Garfunkell, and Belle & Sebastian, both play guitar.
