Electric Tuna, great one RF! I have a lot of Tuna shows but since I read somewhere they are not very sharing friendly I have refrained from posting it.
Was pretty excited about this, but today I dipped in at random - first track of disc 2 - and was saddened to hear massive "disc jitter" sound flaws throughout, making it very unpleasant listening. Does anyone have another copy of this boot? I wonder if the disc itself has deteriorated or if it was a ripping fault.
Unfortunately, the tape is damaged. There is a bit of wow/flutter going on - but the main complaint is the recording level is overdriven. Some of the louder moment's bass is distorted, rendering Casady's great playing mis-represented.
I don't think tape damage is the issue, it sounds like a faulty cd-r or faulty rip from the disc. Any wow/flutter from the tapes is no big deal for an old live bootleg, as far as I'm concerned - that kind of sound issue comes with the territory. Still sounds great to me, other than the skippy flaws I mentioned.

I did try to contact the band to kindly request they give this show an official release, and got no reply.
