Thanks for posting, but no way is this 9.5 sound quality. Distant, buzzy, wobbly -- I'd call it a 7.0.
You are right, this is not a 9.5 recording, but I still give it a 9.

It seems that this is the wrong concert, what I got was Live from the Summit, Huston, 11-6-1976.
