hi! just a brief note - i realised that several of my favourite blogs were shut down over the last days & others "went private". i suggest you comply with the request & take down all potentially copyright infringing posts - these guys seem to be serious. all the best & thanx for all the music; i don't actually download often from you but i always appreciate your efforts & choices. ubique

Thanks for the advice but I dont see any copyrighted material here, including this Wishbone Ash, it's all extracted from bootlegs found mostly on torrent sites.

I agree with you atticrock. I too see no copyrighted material here and see no reason you should have to stop doing what you're doing. I truely hope that you won't stop actually. Thanks for all the great posts and cheers to you my friend.

I received a Blogger DMCA takedown notification exactly because of this post so I'm sorry but can't do it.

Understand. But I was very interested by it. And only found here on your Blog. There are other ways you can make it available to me? I would be grateful!

Bootleged stuff is copyright infringing as well, there's copyright in the pulished song and copyright in the sound recording (in this case probably owned by the radio company). Its just that there's generally more sympathy in the case of bootlegs because they're not officially available for purchase. So we can get away with it. Strange thing is that Andy Powell is taper-friendly, allowing fans to plug into the soundboard when convenient. Probably the copyright assertion comes from the Martin Turner rival outfit.
