Mark Knopfler - Copenhagen '96

After the ending of Dire Straits on 1995, Mark Knopfler started a solo career and released the album Golden Heart which led him and band to the Golden Heart Tour of Europe playing on 66 cities between April and August.
This one is from the June 10 and was recorded in Copenhagen, Denmark at The Forum, except for the last 2 tracks that come from Vaison-la-romaine, France on August.

Eric Clapton - Royal Albert Hall, London 1987

Another E.C. show, hopefully with the correct venue and date information. It was taken from "Romantic Isolation", an unofficial release with 6 CD.
This concert occurred on January 10, 1987, the first of three consecutive dates at the Royal Albert Hall and Eric Clapton is joined on stage by Mark Knopfler.

Eric Clapton - Richmond 1985

After the JJ Cale post now we have his friend Eric Clapton, one of the artists that recorded and played many of JJ's songs.
This recording was made on the Backless U.S. tour on April 25, 1979 in Richmond.
This is apparently from 1985, if any of you has the true Richmond 1979 show and wants to share it with us it would be great!
Edit: This seems to be from the Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia on April 22, 1985.

Ry Cooder - Nakano Sun Plaza, Tokyo 1988

Ry Cooder has a very prolific career touching music styles as soul, rock, blues, world, jazz and many others.
He composed many Soundtracks (Paris, Texas, Crossroads, etc) and has played on albums of Neil Young, Taj Mahal, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, John Hiatt and many more.
In this partial recording from a show at the Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo he is accompanied by Flaco Jimenez, Van Dyke Parks, Jim Keltner, Bobby King, Terry Evans, Steve Douglas and Jorge Calderon, musicians that played on Get Rhythm, the album Ry released on 1987.

John Hiatt - Vredenburg, Utrecht, The Netherlands (1984)

Besides being an excellent musician and singer John Hiatt has also established a solid reputation as a songwriter and has recorded more than 20 albums till this date, the last one from 2012 called Mystic Pinball.
But for this show we have aboard let's go back some years, more precisely to 1984 and enjoy this performance in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

From an unofficial release, very originally titled Hurts So Good, we have John Cougar Mellencamp playing at the Los Anados Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
This was on March, 4 1988 during the Lonesome Jubilee Tour.
From Wikipedia:  "In 1988, Rolling Stone magazine called this version of Mellencamp's band "one of the most powerful and versatile live bands ever assembled."
