Some sources report this recording as being from March and others from August, anyway its possibly the first good quality sound capture that exists of Bad Co. in their early career.

Taste - Stockholm '70

Rory Gallagher and his Taste with the widely circulated September 18, 1970 concert in Stockholm, Sweden.
This date was part of their last Europe tour, Taste would disband some months later and as we all know Rory would start a very successful and appreciated solo career.

Janis Joplin - Festival Express Toronto 1970

This is the Janis Joplin show on June 28, 1970 at the CNE Stadium, Toronto the first city to receive the Festival Express.
It was a tour made by train across three locations in Canada taken by such artists as The Grateful Dead, The Band, Mountain, Delaney & Bonnie, etc. In 2003 a documentary film about this was released with footage both from the concerts and aboard the train.
