Hello AtticRock,
I like Alice! Though not as keen
on his later material. Anything pre 'Constrictor'.
I have a recording of Neil Young at Roskilde 2001. Would you/toxxy/anyone be interested?
It's an audience recording & I haven't heard it myself but I'm told it's not bad. If you like I will upload as I recieved it - which is FLAC.

Oh & I've asked before, but I wonder if you would post this on behalf of my friend Paul.

Volunteers are a UK based band led by singer/lead guitarist Paul Bibby. Paul has been creating music for over 25 years. This album is a sample of songs from various recordings and features many different musicians. I play bass on two or three songs and wrote the words to one. Several of the tracks were recorded at my home studio. Paul has an original approach to music but, to give you an indication, he is very fond of Captain Beefheart & King Crimson.
So NOT for the faint hearted.
Artwork is included and it's all FREE!

Hi Titus, thanks for the Neil but let's stick to soundboards only, unless some out of this world sounding audience recording appears :) Of course if anyone that reads this is interested feel free to leave a comment here.
I remember your comment on the Volunteers but had no idea you wanted a post dedicated to them, will do it in the next days ok?

Cheers

OK soundboard only...but there are lots of great audience recordings.
e.g. Palo Alto '99 would not have been posted. I do, however, understand your desire to maintain a good standard.
Stay cool.

That's right, there are very good audience shows and eventually one or another will appear in the blog, I've shared here an aud White Stripes show (offered) before for example.
You understand the thing here is quality instead of quantity, I prefer to share less but with better sound :)
Well, about the BOC - The Edge 1999 first is BOC then its one of those with a very acceptable sound :)

Thanks for the input.

Hey everybody. I haven't had a new boot since I was buying them in the early 90's for $25.00 a pop. This is just great and, man, keep up the quality control. That is really great! I have so many silver disc originals that I have not seen on these blogs but I am not sure I want to invest in blogging myself BUT would be happy to send real copies to anyone who might like to upload them. I could also e-mail full artwork and whatnot. Thanks for everybody who does this stuff!!!

Thanks for your comment, I'll try to keep high standards in quality.
If you want any kind of help on uploading or decide to do blogging don't hesitate to email me (the address is in my profile).

Sick Things was a b-side in the It's Me cd-single, the song Poison is on the same fm session on the single. But is not here.
And the date is September 13th, 1991.
Thanks a lot for this gem!!

The link is dead. Could you possibly add a new one? (great site, by the way!)

kija, this is now ok. The other links you requested are being fixed.

Thank you very much for sharing this. It is one of, if not the best I've heard from this period. However, there is one problem. Tracks 4 + 5 are both "Sick Things". Track 5 is labeled "Feed My Frankenstein", but it is the same as track 4. "Feed My Frankenstein" is missing. It is the same in both the flac and MP3 versions. That is one of the tracks that I really wanted. Oh well, thanks anyway for trying. I really appreciate your efforts.

Ok, I fixed the files, they should be alright now.
