So this is Van Halen by the end of 1991 at the West End Market Place in Dallas.
This was a free concert given by the band as promised by Sammy Hagar at the Monsters Of Rock show in 1988 at the Dallas Cotton Bowl where he had a laryngitis and felt bad about the performance.They set up the concert using as name 'Band', probably for crowd control reasons, then showed up to play live at 4 pm in downtown Dallas on December 4, 1991.
In the setlist is a nice version of A Apolitical Blues, being true that Van Halen have been doing versions, some very good, along their career.
