Thanks for the Mick Taylor. I hope there is some more to share.
Thanks, AtticRock! Looks like a good set. I'm not that excited about the Keef guest shot, as I KNOW Mick Taylor is the star of this show. All the best to ya!

There are a lot of different accounts of this show online, but I take issue with virtually all of them. I was at the show. Little Eddie & The Imperials warmed up. When Eddie left the stage, I had a cold Heneiken for him. Now the Lone Star was at least three levels, with the stage on the main floor, and limited seating on the second floor balcony. There was some sort of Green Room/Office or whatever up a guarded stairway. Everyone freaked out when Keith arrived. They basically booted everyone out of the balcony tables so that Keith and party could sit with empty tables surrounding them. After the Imperials set, Eddie went up to 3 and left me holding his guitar for an extended period of time, about 25 feet from where Keith was seated. Keith came in sober as a rope, but as he made successive trips up to 3 he became more and more bombed (on alcohol, presumably). Eventually, he came down from 3 with his arms on the shoulders of 2 men, as he could not walk under his own power. I got his scrawled "autograph." My memory of the end of the show is blurry, but I do not believe Keith ever got on stage. He could not stand. He might have been able to play seated, but even that is unlikely. My 2 bits.
