Hi Luis
Yes, great sound on this one, I even considered giving it a 10.

Thank you so much for this. I love the movie and wondered if good sounding shows were available. Now the greatest thing would be if there were some Band sb from this tour. Do you know of any? Thanks again for this one.

Enjoyed the movie, nice to have this show. Thanks much for the post.

In terms of recordings, this whole tour was considered a "lost week" for all the bands involved until the movie came out. (Which is wonderful, by the way, and highly recommended.)

This is the first posting I've seen of a set from one of the Fest. Express shows.

I was at Festival Express in TO, 1970 and saw her, but sadly she was a mess. I remember someone in the crowd yelling "Pull the plug. Let her drown." Terrible words and yet, I still remember them and can still here them. Other than that was a great festival. Lots of great bands.

Can I get the flac downloads for this performance? Thanks

I got this show before(I guess I got it from Grateful Breed),but without "Half Moon" and "Kozmic Blues".Let`s see if I`ll get the complete one this time...Probably they released these songs on any commercial LP, so I will not bother if I won`t get it here, too, again (sniff)...
Anyway, thanks a lot for uploading the Festival Express with Janis, again. "Janis, you won`t be forgotten as long as someone of us will still be alive..."

It´s me once again.Excellent! The complete show as far as we can get it.The two missing songs are on the boot, too. To Lorraine: Maybe the guy was a bit upset...Maybe he was disappointed because Joplin left Big Brother to join Full Tilt Boogie Band...But it can`t be because of the show. It´s beautiful!
And Janis is great,too.
For me it´s still unbelievable that Janis Joplin should pass away just one week after this show.Unbelievable! So sad!
