David Bowie - His Master's Voice (London 1973)

Lately I've been listening to classic early 1970's Bowie albums and wanted to share a show from that era on Soundaboard.
So I found this liberated release, His Master's Voice, from a concert at the Hammersmith Odeon in London on July 3, 1973.
Jeff Beck attends as special guest on the last tracks, this concert came to be known as the “Retirement Gig” as Bowie announces that this is the last show the The Spiders from Mars will ever do.

Thanks for this. Unique end of an era gig and whilst it seems like an audience recording and runs a bit 'hot' it's highly listenable. Jeff Beck to boot! Bowie worked with or incorporated some staggeringly good guitarists (Beck, SRV, Alomar etc)

Yes, many great guitar players played with Bowie. Mick Ronson was one of the best and even Peter Frampton played in the Glass Spider Tour.
