This Boston band collective of talented musicians craft an musical experience unlike any other. The anything-could-happen feel of a Session show depends on craft that's not accidental or easily won; they bring a kind of ease and genuineness to this timeless music, sometimes presenting the latest batch of original songs, sometimes reaching back into depths of the American "song bag"
For some reason they remind me of a Bluesy version of the Replacements
NOTE
Billy Conway and Mark Sandman were members of the band Morphine
Sandman died of an heart attack during a Morphine concert in Italy in 1999
The Band
Mark Sandman on "low guitar,"
Billy Conway on cocktail drum,
David Champagne on guitar,
Jim Fitting on harmonica.
