I'm glad you enjoyed it Derek, Fischer-Z was one of the bands I used to listen a lot on the radio during my teenage years (beginning of the eighties).
What a find, massive Fischer Z fan and saw John Watts at the Borderline in March 2011 when he did an acoustic set and a band set which included 4 Fischer Z numbers. Brilliant band and a great set.
When I try to download the show I get the following message.

Yep, listening to it now after burning it on cd. Nice to remember those days listening to World Salad (my favourite Fischer Z LP) and also XTC (English Settlement)... I must admit my wife looks at me with a smile that means "what's that kind of s***** music"... Doesn't matter, it's from the good old days. Btw, Fischer Z is still touring nowadays but unfortunately too far from where I live now.

Actually it was during their 'Going Deaf For A Living' tour. Red Skies wasn't until 1981 so the title 'Going Deaf in Emmen' would be more correct. Nice anyway and there were more songs played: Wax Dolls was the opener and after Remember Russia they also played Going Deaf For A Living and Pretty Paracetamol. Encore was Limbo
