Grand Funk Railroad: Tokyo 1982

This is a concert from the Japanese tour after the release of Grand funk Lives, an album that was the comeback for Grand Funk Railroad in the early 80's.
They sold millions of records in the seventies and had a strong reputation live. This recording does show us that the energy is still there but i guess the times were different and they weren't very successful in this reunion.

Van Halen: Rocks The Beer Hall (Toronto 1995)

Recorded live at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto on the Balance tour, the last with Sammy Hagar on vocals. They did a reunion and a summer tour in 2004 but Hagar left shortly after.
This is one the best sounding Van Halen non-official recordings that i have heard. Both discs have excellent quality although could use more stereo separation.

Thin Lizzy: Out On Bail (Preston 1980)

After the nice comments on the previous Thin Lizzy post i found another recording from Phil and the boys. This one was recorded to tape from the soundboard and contains about 80 minutes of fantastic Hard-Rock.
I believe there's a more complete version of this show with 2 more tracks called Sha-La-La but i don't have it.
Enjoy this!

Ten Years After: Seattle 1969

Ten Years After is a great blues rock band from the sixties that is about to complete its 40th anniversary this year! They weren't active all these years but it's quite remarkable the same!
I've always loved their live performances such as the one on the legendary Woodstock. The one we have here is from the same year but a few months earlier at Seattle, Washington. Has a very good sound considering the year it was recorded and was sourced from a FM broadcast.

Sound Quality: 8.5+

38 Special: Memphis 1988

I really enjoy 38 Special live particularly since I heard the EP Wild Eyed & Live from 1984. Unfortunately they only released a complete live album late on their career with "Live At Sturgis" on 1999, so any non-official recordings are really good to hear.
This was recorded live at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, Tennessee on the Rock n' Roll Strategy tour, but most of the songs are from the good 'ole times :)

Aerosmith: Philadelphia 1978

Hello!
I'm back, again with Aerosmith, this one from a 1978 concert at the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia on the Draw The Line tour. There are several releases with songs from this date, the March 26th, such as The Increasing Killer Show, The Last True Document or The Ultimate Killer Show.
Some of these records include as fillers extra tracks from the MTV acoustic show shared here already so i didn't put them in the package. Besides those have nothing to do with this show. Highly electrified energy!

Aerosmith: Unplugged 1990

A very nice acoustic set played for MTV on the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York. These songs were extracted from the DVD so expect great quality here. Along with the curiosity of having the Smith playing their classics acoustically that makes this quite unforgivable to miss.
