Radio Programs: Led Zeptember (1993)

Led Zeptember: A salute to Led Zeppelin
A three hour Led Zeppelin special program hosted by Roger Daltrey and made to broadcast on Labour Day 1993, includes many bits of interviews and music.
Funnily enough, not to expect on a so well produced program, Roger refers to Zep's first album as being released in 1968...

Head out to Soundaboard Jukebox to get it.

Journey - San Mateo, CA 1978

This was a benefit concert Journey did for a high school on September 2nd, 1978 in San Mateo, California while promoting the then recently released album Infinity.
Steve Perry was a new member in the band and some of the older songs still have Gregg Rolie for most of the singing, sometimes joined with Perry doing harmonies. I really like this mixture of 'old' and 'new' Journey.
Nice sounding files that I altered only in sound volume, this came from Bootradr's blog and the Dixie Highway site.

Essie 'The Blues Lady' Neal, LIVE McAnally's Oyster Bar and Grill 2009-07-13

Neal believes that blues music provides ways to build social skills, confidence, and coping skills
in a world inundated with negativity. In 2008, Neal was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame, where  she stands alongside dozens of influential blues performers. She was recently quoted
as saying "I was born into the blues, I was raised on the blues, and I'm a product of the blues."

In my humble opinion (well maybe not so humble  LOL) she is a hidden gem !
