Illusion - BBC In Concert 1978

Illusion were formed in 1977 as an offshoot of the British band Renaissance, intended to bring together the original members of the famous prog band whose 1971 album was titled Illusion.
The idea derailed when vocalist and guitarist Keith Relf passed away.
The remaining members, however, persevered and released two albums before disbanding in 1979.
Tracks from both albums are performed in this BBC radio 1 session.

Quite interesting even if this is by far not up to the Renaissance with Annie Haslam quality level. Thanks for sharing this little 28 minutes of surprise with Jane Relf, as a female vocalist. Never had heard of her before.
There are always great discoveries at Soundaboard.

Never heard of them, but I am very interested to hear this band. Too bad Keith Relf couldn't join them.
Thanks!
