I unzipped this show to find the very welcome surprise photo's and info text. He was a master that played with so many known greats as they made their way through the Dallas area. We always searched him out wherever he was playing. I remember the first time I saw him was at a little festival in the middle of a field in Colleyville, TX. All he was wearing were those short short gym shorts we had to wear back in the 70's for gym class. What a show! At that point it was the Bugs Henderson Group and the album was Still Flying' and he had Ron Thompson on drums and Bobby Chitwood on bass. Thanks for bringing back great memories.
