This gig has no definite date and location but 1979
They at the time got together in August for a Woodstock 10 years celebration.
I did find a set list for that very similar so Ill be guessing it would have been between early August and late September 1979.

Nice post - an upgrade for me.
Short of the Heat with Alan Wilson, this is my favorite version of the band. Fats was a monster, in the best sense of the word!
