Steve Morse Band - Batschkapp, Frankfurt 1984

On the follow-up of my previous post here we have the Steve Morse Band at Batschkapp, Frankfurt and we can find some Dixie Dregs compositions among the track list.
Steve was accompanied by Jerry Peek on bass and Rod Morgenstein on drums with guest musicians Lenny McDowell (flute on Bourree) and Dieter Roesberg (guitar on Jessica).

Dixie Dregs - Lee Furr's Recording Studio, Tucson 1978

The Dixie Dregs play mostly in instrumental form brilliantly mixing styles such as Prog, Rock, Jazz, Bluegrass, Fusion or Classical.
All excellent musicians, perhaps the most famous is their guitarist and co-founder Steve Morse that played with Kansas and has been with Deep Purple since 1994.
On this recording the band performs the album What If almost in its entirety, released two months before the show.

Camel - Electric Lady Studios, New York 1974

First post here with Camel, the English progressive rock band regarded by many as one of the best in the genre.
This recording at the Electric Lady Studios in New York was on their first North American Tour while promoting Mirage, the band's second album and considered a "masterpiece of progressive rock music" (Progarchives.com). It's also the one with the cover relating to the cigarette brand of the same name.
