anon - yes I think it is the same show as disc 1 of gong go looong.
spock - you have three ears. One on the left. one on the right and the final front ear.

Ahh it might be the Canterbury show, Ill check them both out and have a listen to see the crowd noise is the same etc.

But i saw you both had Hillage Rainbow concerts so i thought id let you both know,

Thanks for the post, I was at this show.The venue opened late that night as there was a power cut in Finsbury Park until 9pm but the band made up for it as they played until well after the venues curfew. I think they ended up having the plug pulled on them after they played an extended version of Not Fade Away that went on forever but I might be wrong on that one as things got a little hazy that night, bit of a smokey venue :-)
