Bless you AtticRock! Diehards know this show has long been available under a variety of different titles, but it's as good a place as any for the newbie to get dosed by Hawkwind.

What Hawkwind were doing in '72 is still echoing today through various strains of electronica and space rockers such as the Oresund Space Collective. Essential, and always fun.

Regards,

Thanks for the comment kingpossum.
Lemmy remained in Hawkwind until 1975 and then he left to create Motorhead.

Thanks for the correction titus.
Just checked and in fact only Brainstorm and Space is Deep are from 'Doremi'.

You're right. I was thinking 7 by 7 was on it but now I remember - it was the B side of Silver Machine.
I wish there was more video of seventies Hawkwind. Especially the Quark/Spirit of the Age tours. I loved Bob Calvert's Lawrence of Arabia/Biggles persona.

Just listened to it & it's great! BUT 'Space is Deep' is actually 'The Black Corridor' so we are down to just one track (Brainstorm) from Doremi!
Here's the revised back cover:

Titus, thank you for the cover art! Though I'm a passport-wielding Hawkhead who already has this show, I couldn't resist downloading it here just to package it up with your cool art. Fun stuff.

Thanks again AtticRock, Titus and all commentors for shares.

Thanks for the kind words kingpossum.
Here's a request from my "is it just me?" list:
I have the CD of Bob Calvert's 'Lucky Leif' album.
The once delicious poem 'The Making of Midgard' has been reduced to an incomprehensible echofest. I don't know the reasons for this switcheroo but it really pisses me off. Could anyone upload the proper version of this track?
All my vinyl went long ago in a violent storm just off the coast of modernity.
